The absence of an elevator makes carrying heavy luggage a hassle!!! Parking options are unclear and too expensive for what you get!!! Also, addressing the outdated infrastructure would enhance the experience!!! A little modernization wouldn’t hurt!!!

I had a great stay. The staff prepared a packed breakfast for me when I left early, which was a thoughtful touch. The place felt welcoming, and I could enjoy a drink near the fireplace in the evening. After exploring the surrounding parks, it was nice to come back to a cozy space.

The hotel features charming decor, but the Classic Double Room was quite cramped with a shower and toilet tucked away in cupboards. There was a persistent noise from the street that disrupted our sleep. However, the location is excellent, only a short walk from the train station, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby parks and enjoying lovely walks with our non-service dog. The hotel staff were friendly, and Brent even prepared a dog-friendly package for us, which made our stay even more special.

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly activities would enhance the experience.

Room was super spacious with a minibar, coffee machine, and a private bathroom. Lots of nice amenities like a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The view was calming, and the heating was great for chilly nights. Perfect cozy vibe! They also had a convenient alarm clock and flat-screen TV which was a nice touch. Loved the unique decor too!

An enchanting hotel within walking distance from the city centre. I appreciated the serene city view from my Deluxe Double Room, which added a lovely touch to my stay. The breakfast offered fantastic, fresh ingredients that heightened my mornings. The building's Art Nouveau charm created a unique and inviting atmosphere.

I stayed in a Classic Double Room for 2 nights, and it was super spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfy with luxurious linens. Plus, the views of the canal from my room were a peaceful touch. The breakfast room was lovely, and I even loved that they prepared packed breakfasts when I had to leave early. Just beware of the steep stairs if you're carrying heavy luggage!
